Starting 13th December 2024, new enforcement of the GPSR (General Product Safety Regulations) will affect items shipping to the EU and Northern Ireland. Due to these changes, I have paused all shipping to these regions for the foreseeable future.
The new regulations come with significant financial implications, including the need to have a representative in the EU to oversee product safety, which is not financially viable for me at this time.
The information is very unclear at the moment. However, once the new rules are in place, I hope there will be clarification for artists and there will be a way for me to resume shipping again.
This will not affect any orders to England, Wales & Scotland or international shipping to the USA, Canada, Australia or any countries not within the EU. This will continue as normal.
I'm sorry I'm unable to ship my creations to Europe & NI at this time and I thank you for all your support over the years. I hope this will be a temporary measure and you can order again in the future.
