Do you ship internationally?
Yes I do, international shipping is calculated at checkout. There may be occasions where I may not be able to ship to your country. If you have any queries you can contact me here.
Can you make custom orders/do you take commissions?
I do take commission/custom orders however this does depend on my availability. If you have any queries or would like to speak to me about a commission please contact me.
Can I combine my orders?
If you have more than one open order I try and combine packages where possible and refund any excess shipping costs however this does depend on the number of orders I have open at any one time. There may be occasions where combining orders is not possible.
How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
Orders are shipped between 3-5 working days (Mon-Fri). I usually despatch items twice a week however should any delays occur I will communicate with customers to provide an update.
What do I do if I haven't received my order?
Once your order has shipped you should receive an email notification from the store. If you order has tracking included (all UK orders over £10 and all international orders) your email will include the tracking number, by going to Royal Mails website you will be able to input this number and receive an update on the location of your package.
Once the order is with the mailing provider I have no control over what happens. If your order hasn't progressed once shipped please contact the relevant shipping provider with your tracking number to receive an update.
UK orders - if you order does not arrive within 10 days please get in touch, I will discuss this with you and organise an appropriate refund/replacement where necessary.
International orders - if you order does not arrive within 28 days please get in touch, I will discuss this with you and organise an appropriate refund/replacement where necessary.
My parcel has arrived but the item/s are damaged, what do I do?
Unfortunately sometimes damage can happen during the shipping process, if this does happen please get in touch straight away either using the contact form.
Please take photos of both the outer and inside packaging as well as the damaged item, I will need evidence when contacting the shipping provider to raise a claim.
